About Us

Hero Fitness is a small business diverse in its team and progressive in its philosophy. We are a training platform for both fitness professionals & fitness enthusiasts to use.

Hero Fitness provides guidance, structure, & mentorship to trainers, coaches, & clients. We pride ourselves on being more than a coach to our clients. We are experts transferring knowledge, providing individualized feedback, and really understanding clients to strengthen accountability. We want to emphasize the “personal” in “personal training”.

Hero Fitness takes the guesswork out of training, builds your confidence, and allows you to take control over your day to day life. We want to empower our clients to find more than beads of sweat falling down their face & shed more than that excess layer of fat. We are here to help rediscover what makes you wake up and live happily. Encompassing “inclusivity” - we are actively showing support and allowing for a safe environment for any individual no matter their background, gender, ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, and pronoun. We are “athletic allies” for all. Hero Fitness is an accepting, uplifting, & transformative space.




Meet Cody

Cody is a lifelong athlete and student of the human body, with a training approach that blends performance enhancement, mind-to-muscle connectivity, corrective exercise, & functional strength training. Drawing on his career as a professional dancer, Cody understands the importance of training for longevity, as our bodies are the only ones we have. He believes that health is not a 30, 60, 90 day challenge, but a lifelong journey. Whether it's playing a round of golf, backpacking Europe, or simply enjoying your day to day activities, Cody & Hero Fitness can help you tap into your full movement potential so you can not only fulfill your dreams, but enjoy them too.

How To Start

  • We will set up a day & time to connect (virtually or in-person)
      • This will include a full consultation, initial assessments
      • All scheduling will be done directly through your trainer
  • You will be e-mailed all information needed to start
      • Welcome Packet, Documents & Waiver
      • Invitation to the fitness app
  • You will be on-boarded on our fitness app
      • This includes profile set-up & payment(s)
  • First week of training will be completed together
      • This is a crucial time to help us fully customize volume & selection
  • You'll be on your way :)
      • and able to text, DM, e-mail your trainer every step of the way 24/7

FAQ

  • Can I cancel at anytime?
    • Yes! You have full ability to cancel your subscription at any point as long as it's before the next billing cycle
    • All billing questions can be asked directly to your trainer
  • Do I need to have access to a gym?
    • No! You can workout wherever you have access to equipment
  • What equipment is needed?
    • At minimum: Dumbbells & Resistance Bands
  • How do virtual session work?
    • 1-on-1 sessions are 60-minutes in length and are through Zoom, Facetime, or Google Meets! Just make sure you have reliable internet & enough space
  • How do programs through the app work?
    • All training is done through the fitness app on your own time
    • All progress is tracked, workouts customized with in-time adjustments as needed
  • How do in-person sessions work?
    • All sessions are 60-minutes in length and include a warm-up
    • Yes, workouts and training is still tracked within the app
  • Nutrition is involved?
    • Yes! Depending on which service. This will include your basic calorie & macro-nutrient overview
